Shopify comes with a blog, which you can use for content marketing strategies. It even has many of the blog features you need, but it feels limited-especially when compared to platforms like Weebly or WordPress.
From their blog, I like that tt is fully integrated with your store site, easy to set up labels, you can have more than 1 author, and SEO parameters are customizable I must admit that the Shopify blogging method is a better solution than the solutions provided by BigCommerce or Volusion, and should be good enough for most e-commerce sites.
But of course, you can always put your blog in a subdomain and make it run through an external platform. But this brings its challenges.
Creating other pages is also possible and relatively easy. But page editors can also feel limited, especially when compared to website builders like Wix or Duda. There are not many page elements available (such as galleries, maps, social media buttons, etc.), and the layout is very strict.
