Ben Francis is the founder of Gymshark and initially worked as a pizza delivery man to survive, sold health products, and developed fitness software, all without much success.
It wasn't until the age of 19, as a fitness enthusiast, that he realized there were no clothes he enjoyed wearing. Then he decided why not join his passion with his business.
He created the first Gymshark clothing products using a home sewing machine and a little fabric with a friend.
Gymshark is now a global leader in the fitness apparel category. During the epidemic, they realized that people were no longer going to the gym, so they changed their marketing and experienced a lot of growth.
